Locke attracts talented musicians like a moth to a campfire - his guitarist and musical director is Jake Kelly, longtime Gary Allan bandleader/songwriter/touring guitarist. Eli's debut EP was produced by film/TV composer Dennis Mcgee Fallon (HBO, CBS, CMT and NBC), where the album's single "Tail Lights" ended up being used on Lifetime Network's "Big Women, Big Love."
